As America approaches its 250th Anniversary,
I wanted to create more than just another patriotic shirt—I wanted to create a design that tells a story.
At the heart of this artwork is a distressed American flag, representing the strength, sacrifice, and freedom that have defined our nation for 250 years.
Emerging from the flag is a powerful split image: one half is a lion, symbolizing God—the Lion of Judah, our strength, protector, and foundation.
The other half is an eagle, the enduring symbol of America, representing courage, freedom, and the spirit of this great nation.
Together, the lion and eagle form one image because America's story cannot be separated from the faith that helped shape it. The message "God Bless America" sits prominently above the artwork as a reminder that our nation's greatest blessings have always come from God.
The inspiration behind this design is simple:
Without God, America would not be America.
From the faith of our Founding Fathers to the countless men and women who have prayed for this nation throughout its history, God's hand has been evident in America's journey. While we celebrate 250 years of freedom, we also recognize the One who has guided, protected, and blessed this country along the way.
